We are a family-owned and operated Construction Company, redefining design, personalization, and possibilities in the industry. Our homes are crafted to cater to and reflect the unique personalities of their inhabitants, offering a more personal, collaborative, and empowering home building experience.
Founded in 2017, The Home Ownership Center (HOC) has a primary mission of providing local residents with the information and guidance needed to become homeowners. Terrace Miller, a retired educator, leads our way. We have Kalen Jones and Carmen Torres who work closely with clients to address credit issues, complete loan applications, and assist in making selections for their new homes. With over 15 years of building experience, Dwight Miller, our seasoned builder, personally meets with clients to review house plans and ensures an efficient and effective building process by overseeing subcontractors and project managers, all while prioritizing the individual needs of homeowners.
