Credit Counseling
We work with clients to help them navigate the home-buying process. We offer credit counseling and monthly Home Buyer Education Classes to educate and prepare them for the building and buying process of home ownership. We use a number of lenders, and we have access to state and federal programs that can provide down payment assistance for qualified candidates.

The best time to take a homebuyer education class is when you are starting to consider buying a home. Be prepared and knowledgeable by learning how to navigate the many steps in the process, including creating a budget, understanding your credit score, finding a lender, and the loan process.
