Credit Counseling

We work with clients to help them navigate the home buying process. We work with our clients by offering them credit counseling and monthly Home Buyer Education Classes to educate and prepare them for the building and buying process of home ownership. We use a number of lenders and we have access to state and federal programs that can provide down payment assistance for qualified candidates.

 Covington and Shaw LLC provides a one of a kind custom experience for our clients. We are experts in developing and building homes that are designed to meet the buyers needs and at an affordable cost.
